The massif opposite
The path rises on the Aiguilles Rouges side, and with every bend the Mont Blanc massif unfolds a little more: the white dome, the glaciers spilling towards the valley, the granite needles.
At Lac Blanc, the water mirrors the Drus and the Aiguille Verte. The ibex do not even raise their heads: they graze by the path, indifferent to the finest panorama in the Alps.
